Materials used in Aroma Tharepy
Essential oils: Some essential oils can be extracted form the plants via the steam distillation process but the oil obtained form the this process is higly concentrated so it is diluted before the use with some other oils.
Phytoncides: volatile organic compounds from plants kill the microbes. Many fragrant oils and sulfuric compounds from plants in the genus "Allium" are phytoncides[citation needed], though the "Allium" less commonly used in aromatherapy due to their disagreeable odors.
Herbal distillates or hydrosols: These are the aquoes by -products of the distillation process and very important use in many herbs as medicinal and skin care.Common herbal distillates are rose, lemon balm and chamomile.
Infusions: Aqueous extracts of various plant material (e.g. infusion of chamomile).
Carrier oils: Typically oily plant base triacylglycerides that dilute essential oils for use on the skin(e.g. sweet almond oil).
Vaporizer(Volatized)Raw Herbs: Generally those plants are extracted which are having the higher content of oil in that they are taken, crused and then goes via the process of vaporization through distillation.

R.I.C.E TECHNIQUE:
The R.I.C.E technique is the standard treatment of acute sporting injuries. The cruicial time for the treatment of the acute sports injuries is the 24-48 hours after the injuriy has occur. When soft tissue damage occurs, for example when blood vessels rupture and the injury site begins to swell. then this incresing amount of the blood in a perticular area may lead to the death of the cell by what we known as secondary hypoxic injury. and hence all the efforts are applied to control the blooding.
The R.I.C.E technique has all the components that are needed to prevent injury to the damaged portion immediately after the injury has been occur. if the RICE technique is applied at the correct time this can greatly reduces the recovery time of the athlete.
The letters R.I.C.E are abbreviations for:
R-Rest
